This is a proper strength gin. It is not a liqueur.

We start by distilling a dry gin created specifically for this spirit.

After distillation, we infuse the dry gin with real raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and blackcurrants.

The sugar content is much lower than supermarket flavoured gins.

Raspberry: 45%
Strawberry: 25%
Blackberry: 15%
Blackcurrant: 15%

Recommended Mixers

We recommend a slightly sweeter tonic to bring out some of the more sweet berry notes in the gin.

• Merchant’s Heart Hibiscus
• Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic Water (light or regular)
• Lixir Elderflower & Lemon Tonic Water

Garnish

Use fresh berries. Raspberries, strawberries, blackberries or blackcurrants.
