Orange & Ginger Rum
Orange citrus with a ginger kick.
We start with a white rum from the Caribbean. We then age this rum with American oak. Once aged, it is flavoured with orange, ginger and various spices.
It is sweetened with demerara cane sugar. It has a degree of sweetness, but the sugar amount is much lower than some other spiced rums on the market.
Enjoy neat or mixed.

The El Diablo is traditionally a Tequila based cocktail.
- 50ml Orange & Ginger rum
- 20ml Crème de Cassis (blackcurrant liqueur)
- 20ml lime juice
- Lime wedges
- Ginger beer
Half fill a highball glass with crushed ice.
Add the rum, blackcurrant liqueur and lime juice.
Add the lime wedges.
Top up with ginger beer.
Give it a stir.
