Black Coffee Rum

Rich and smooth coffee flavour with notes of allspice, cardamom, nutmeg and lavender.
We start with a white rum from the Caribbean. We then age this rum with French oak. Once aged, it is flavoured with various spices and infused with arabica and robusta coffee beans.
It is sweetened with demerara cane sugar. It has a degree of sweetness, but the sugar amount is much lower than some other spiced rums on the market.
Enjoy neat or mixed.

- 50ml Black Coffee rum
- 25ml Irish cream liqueur (like Baileys)
- Whipped cream or double cream
Half fill a rocks or highball glass with crushed ice.
Add the Irish cream liqueur.
Add the rum.
Pour whipped or double cream on top.
