Rainy City Golden Rum
Texture like sun.
£28 • 500ml • 40% vol
British rum, made from scratch.
We start by fermenting sugarcane molasses, then distil the fermented wash twice.
The rum is then aged with American oak that was previously used to age bourbon, tequila and sherry.
Notes of banana, butter toffee, tropical fruit and vanilla.
Enjoy neat or mixed.
The 360 degree hand-drawn bottle artwork features famous landmarks from Manchester city centre and was created by local artist James Hartwell.

You make your own sugar syrup. It is cheap and easy to do. See the serve page for details on how to make it.
