Dark Cherry Gin
Where is the star that lit my skies?
£26 • 500ml • 40% vol
This is a proper full strength 40% gin. It is not a liqueur.
We start by distilling a dry gin created specifically for this spirit.
After distillation, we infuse the dry gin with real dark sweet and Morello cherries.
There is a degree of sweetness. But the sugar content is much lower than supermarket flavoured gins.
Fruit ratiosDark sweet cherry: 50%
Morello cherry: 50%
