This is a proper full strength 40% gin. It is not a liqueur.
We start by distilling a dry gin created specifically for this spirit.
After distillation, we infuse the dry gin with real dark sweet and Morello cherries.
There is a degree of sweetness. But the sugar content is much lower than supermarket flavoured gins.

- 50ml Dark Cherry gin
- 25ml elderflower cordial
- 50ml cranberry juice
Half fill a highball glass with crushed ice.
Add the gin, elderflower cordial and cranberry juice.
Give it a stir.
Optionally garnish with cherries or lime wedges.
