Rich dark chocolate flavour with notes of cinnamon, ginger, cayenne pepper and peppermint.
We start with a white rum from the Diamond Distillery in Guyana which was first established way back in 1670.
We then age this rum with French oak. Once aged, it is flavoured with various spices and infused with Peruvian cocoa beans. Finally it is sweetened with demerara cane sugar.
It has a degree of sweetness, but the sugar amount is much lower than some other spiced rums on the market.
