We take fresh grapefruit, peel it and distil it with a dry gin specifically made for this product.
The peeled grapefruit is then pressed into juice. This juice is processed to remove all the bits and is then added to the gin after distillation.
So the grapefruit flavour comes from both the distilled peel and the pressed juice.
This has the lowest amount of sugar of all our flavoured gins, at only 0.5g per bottle.
