We take Earl Grey black tea and infuse into a dry gin at relatively low temperature.

The black tea, from the Nuwara Eliya region in Sri Lanka, is scented with bergamot oil and blue cornflowers.

Enjoy with your favourite tonic over ice with a slice of fresh lemon.
