This is not a liqueur. It's a proper 40% spirit.
It's also not cherry flavoured vodka pretending to be gin. It smells like gin and tastes like gin.
The cherry adds to the flavour but it's unmistakeably gin you are drinking.
A dry gin — specifically for pink gin — is distilled and then infused with real Morello and dark sweet cherries. The infusion takes 7 days.
No artificial flavours, colours or sugar is added.
This works well with standard classic tonic. Especially light tonic.
There is a degree of sweetness. But the sugar content is much lower than supermarket pink gins.
