Rich dark chocolate flavour with notes of cinnamon, ginger, cayenne pepper and peppermint.

We start with a imported white rum from the Caribbean. We then age this rum with French oak. Once aged, it is flavoured with various spices and infused with Peruvian cocoa beans.

It is sweetened with demerara cane sugar. It has a degree of sweetness, but the sugar amount is much lower than some other spiced rums on the market.

Enjoy neat or mixed.

Recommended Cocktail

White Cuban

This is featured in the 3rd photo. It's a variation on a White Russian, where rum is used instead of vodka.

  • 50ml Cocoa Bean rum
  • 25ml KahlĂșa coffee liqueur
  • Whipped cream or double cream

Half fill a rocks or highball glass with crushed ice.
Add the rum and the coffee liqueur.
Pour whipped or double cream on top.
Optionally top with crushed chocolate.
